Clint Edinger

"Founder/ Creator of Edingers Edge"        

         

Clint Edinger grew up in NH and played his Youth Hockey  in the state’s capital, Concord.  He played baseball in Pembroke NH throughout his childhood and later made his way to Bishop Brady High School. There he played Varsity hockey, baseball and football.  He captained both hockey and baseball his senior year and was awarded  “most athletic” in the school.   During his high school days he knew that hockey was his fit in life and wanted to go on and continue his career.  He then took the next year off from school and played a year of Junior hockey for the Tyngsboro Huskies of the EJHL.

  He was then recruited to New England College  and was named most improved player his sophomore year when he made the transition from forward to defensemen. He then served as a captain his junior and senior years.  He was named to ECAC EAST second team.  He finished his four years at New England College with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Minor in Coaching.

          Clint,  then went on  to play pro hockey in both Sweden  for the Lysekil Vikings  and the following year in France  for the Besancon Les Sequans .  Following the year in France Clint had decided to get into coaching where he had served as an assistant at Bow High School and then took the head coaching job at Bishop Brady where he currently is.  Clint was named Div.I Coach of the year his third season behind the bench and took his team to the finals two years straight.  Currently in his 5th season coaching Bishop Brady. 

Clint has had years of hands on experience and strength training in many sports and now enjoys passing his knowledge on to today’s youth and anyone wanting to  become more fit and reach their goals.  He truly enjoys working with athletes and people who want to better themselves on the ice, field, court, and everyday life.  He has trained athletes at the high school, junior, college and pro levels and stresses the importance of strength training and overall conditioning. “Hard work, determination and focus are key ingredients to achieving your goals”
